Restore data and images from icloud

I mistakenly deleted the data and images from my iCloud account. So someone can please help to restore it back as it was important for me.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.0.2

Try going to iCloud.com/Photos using a computer. See if there is a Recently Deleted album.

Go to iCloud.com using a computer and select Settings. When that page loads, look at the bottom left side under Advanced and see if you can restore from there.
